Care Philosophy
Dr. Melby cares deeply about people and has dedicated his life to serving others. In his patient care, sometimes the choice of what is needed to be done is straightforward. However, when the decision of what to do is difficult, Dr. Melby applies the "grandmother test" -- he decides what to do for the patient by applying the question "what would I do if this were my grandmother?" That way Dr. Melby can always be assured that he is doing what is right for the patient.
